What are the responsibilities and job description for the Casual Staff - Registrar's Office position at Yeshiva University?
Position Summary:
Provide administrative and registrar support to the Cardozo Law School.
This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule of no more than 19 hours per week.
Position Responsibilities:
- Data entry and processing of all forms
- Assist the registrars with entering the course schedule in Banner
- Help students with registration-related issues and register them as needed
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from students, faculty, and staff with impeccable customer service
- Filing and document imaging
- Maintain student information in our student information systems and student files
- Process transcript requests
- Run reports and compile data as needed by the Assistant, Associate, and University Registrars
- Process transfer credit evaluations
- Post grades to Banner and process change of grade forms
Experience & Educational Background:
- Requires Registrar's office administrative experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Applicants must have working knowledge of Ellucian Banner, Luminis, and BDMS
Salary Range:
$45.00 - $45.00 per hour
