- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance management activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.
