Executive Assistant to Vice-President :
To join our committed team, we are seeking an Executive Assistant who will be reporting directly to the Vice President. An Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the VP and helps with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working in a small-entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven, mission-driven, and community-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Vice President in day to day activity
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of meetings.
- Maintain project files and records
- Assist with the organization of weekly project reports.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Vice-President and executive team, with external partners on matters related to executive programmatic initiatives.
Education:
- 3 years of experience as a Administrator/Coordinator/Assistant
- High school diploma or GED
Qualifications & Skills:
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Experience with NetSuite preferred but not necessary
- Understanding of Signage and electrical terminology preferred but not necessary
