About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in a correctional setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapeutic interventions as needed.
- Perform psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations.
- Assess and manage risk, and provide behavioral health consultation to the clinical team and correctional staff.
- Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field.
- Unrestricted license in the state of practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist).
- Counseling experience in a correctional setting preferred.
- BLS Certification.
