Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience
- Must be Licensed Hygienist for the state of Alabama
- Must have and maintain sufficient strength, agility, and endurance to perform during stressful situations encountered on the job without compromising your health and well-being or that of your fellow employees or that of inmates.
- A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

- Dental Charting
- Periodontal Evaluations
- Oral Cancer Screenings
- Deliver Preventative Dental Hygiene Care
- Dental Cleanings, Scaling and Polishing
- Obtaining Diagnostic Radiographs
- Fluoride Treatments
- Oral Hygiene Education
- Strong Knowledge of Dental Procedures and Patient Care Protocols
- Maintaining accurate Records and Documentation
- Follow Infection Control Protocols and Maintain a Clean and Sterile Environment
- Assist with other Clinic Tasks as needed
