What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PT/FT position at Yes Wellness?
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team and see our patients in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting throughout Passaic, Bergen, and Essex Counties. This job is for a part time (2-3 days/week) or full time (5 days/week) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The days and hours are very flexible. On a typical day you can expect to work between 6-8 hours a day.

Compensation: $500 - $600/day for Part Time depending on experience

About You:
This job requires that you have:
- A valid NJ APN or PA License with prescriptive authority
- A valid DEA
- A valid NJ CDS
- Excellent documentation skills
The ideal candidates will:
- Have experience in the fields of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Orthopedics/Pain Management and a willingness to learn
- Be team players and work well with therapists and nurses
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a sunny disposition with a can-do attitude
