Job Title: Office & Bookkeeping Assistant
Hours: ~10 hours/week (more during busy season)
Location: Onsite

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative& Bookkeeping Assistant to help manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and increased availability needed during busy seasons.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage email, calendar scheduling, and voicemail messages
  • Assist with customer communication, estimates, and invoices
  • Enter and track transactions in QuickBooks
  • Help process weekly payroll and maintain records
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Organize files, mail, and business records
  • Support scheduling and customer coordination during peak seasons

What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable and accountable - show up to interviews and show up to work
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable (intermediate skills) using QuickBooks desktop and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior admin or bookkeeping experience required minimum two years

Pay & Schedule

  • Part-time (~10 hours per week)
  • Additional hours available during busy/seasonal periods
  • Non-exempt pay range $20 - $22 dependent on years of experience

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
