About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative& Bookkeeping Assistant to help manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and increased availability needed during busy seasons.
What You’ll Do
- Manage email, calendar scheduling, and voicemail messages
- Assist with customer communication, estimates, and invoices
- Enter and track transactions in QuickBooks
- Help process weekly payroll and maintain records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Organize files, mail, and business records
- Support scheduling and customer coordination during peak seasons
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and accountable - show up to interviews and show up to work
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable (intermediate skills) using QuickBooks desktop and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior admin or bookkeeping experience required minimum two years
Pay & Schedule
- Part-time (~10 hours per week)
- Additional hours available during busy/seasonal periods
- Non-exempt pay range $20 - $22 dependent on years of experience
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
