Logistics / Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Logistics / Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across both the office and warehouse. This role is hands-on and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to assist with logistics, shipping, inventory, and occasional deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and delivery records
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and movement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Manage inventory, including pulling products for production and tracking materials
- Partner with Purchasing to ensure material availability and troubleshoot shortages.
- Coordinate delivery drop-offs and pick-ups with vendors and carriers
- Prepare, pack, box, label, and ship packages and freight (UPS/FedEx)
- Shrink-wrap pallets and properly label prior to shipment
- Load and unload pallets, crates, and packages using manual methods, pallet jacks, or forklifts
- Handle oversized pallets and crates safely and efficiently
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and ensure general warehouse upkeep
- Utilize shipping management software and RFID labels/scanning systems
- Assist with route driving and make deliveries as backup for the primary driver
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare reports and documentation related to shipments and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules, routes, and operational needs
- Adhere to all safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekends and extended hours may be required
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Fluent in English & Spanish
This position is on-site at our Medley, FL, manufacturing facility. Candidates must be able to work in person daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
