What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Service Technician position at Yes Solar Solutions?
Service technicians are among the most experienced and skilled on our team. They handle trouble-shooting for residential and commercial customers, both our customers under warranty and third-party customers whose systems have been installed by other solar companies. This includes rooftop, ground mount and battery systems.
- Expertise in solar electrical systems.
- Expertise in roof top and ground mounted solar.
- Expertise in a wide range of inverters, panels, and battery systems.
- Flexibilty in job assignments.
- Familiarity with service dispatching platforms, like Arrivy (or similar).
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to use hand tools and solar equipment.
- Customer satisfaction focus.
- Attention to detail on follow-up reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.32 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
