YES Equipment & Services, Inc, the premier capital equipment dealer in Wisconsin, is seeking Field/Shop Technicians to join our team.

We are looking for a self-starter, energetic and motivated field service technician to join our team. As a Field Service technician at our family-owned company, you will work on material handling equipment at customer locations to ensure that their equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime. Everyday picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right.

As a Shop Technician, you will work on customer, rental, and used equipment, as well as prepping new equipment in our shop. You will have large overhead cranes to use as needed as well a vast assortment of the more specialized tools in our state of the art facility.

Responsibilities

• Training and development are highly supported to acquire additional skills in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• While we have some of the more specialized tools on hand, basic hand tools, impacts are your responsibility.

· No weekends, our normal hours are Monday – Friday 7:00-3:30pm with overtime available

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
