- Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor experience
- Strong sales skills and exceptional customer service
- Ability to confidently present estimates and sell needed repairs
- Solid automotive knowledge and repair estimating experience
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
