Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of each child, in collaboration with parents and other clinicians
- Conduct assessments, behavioral analyzes, and data-based interventions to drive positive behavioral changes
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed clinician
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with evidence-based ABA treatment approaches and methodologies
