Head Spa Therapist

We are a luxury Korean-inspired head spa dedicated to delivering a transformative scalp and wellness experience. Our team blends traditional Korean scalp care rituals with modern techniques, creating a serene sanctuary where clients leave feeling restored, refreshed, and cared for.

We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a passionate Head Spa Therapist who takes pride in client experience and thrives in a calm, elevated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform signature Korean-style head spa treatments, including scalp cleansing, massage, and wellness rituals

• Deliver a consistent, five-star client experience from consultation to checkout

• Maintain a clean, beautifully presented treatment space that reflects our luxury standards

• Educate clients on scalp health and recommend appropriate home-care products

• Collaborate with the team to uphold our signature service flow and standards

What We’re Looking For

• A warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for wellness and client care

• Previous experience in head spa, esthetics, massage, or related fields preferred (not required — we provide full training)

• Valid license if required by state regulations (cosmetology, esthetics, or massage)

• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards

• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

• Weekend availability required

Compensation — Hybrid Pay Structure

We believe in rewarding our team for both their time and their performance. Top-performing therapists on our team earn up to $45/hour.
