- High car count with quality vehicles needing real repairs
- Strong front-end team that sells the work
- Fast parts sourcing — suppliers love us
- GM actively managing workflow and bay efficiency
- Major advertising budget to keep you busy
- Properly tooled shop with quality equipment and OE scan tools
- GDS2, IDS, Tech 2, WiTech, PICO, ADAS, programming
- Digital repair orders, tablets, and modern shop systems
