What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Client Care position at Yemm Chevrolet Buick GMC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram?
The Service Client Care Coordinator works closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to support daily operations. The position is focused on building rapport with the customer, understanding their needs and delivering a great service experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch
Responsibilities:
- Shuttle clients around Galesburg area.
- Coordinate pick up and delivery of service client vehicles.
- Delivers parts around the Galesburg area.
- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
- Fields inbound phone calls and schedules appointments.
- Install disposable seat covers, floor mats, ID tags
- Drive customer vehicles from Service Lane to Service Shop and pulling customer vehicles up for re-delivery
- Keep Service Drive, shop and lot neat and orderly
Requirements:
- Valid driver license and a clean driving record.
- Must be comfortable on your feet and walking indoors and outdoors 5-6 hours per day.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
