Duties
As a Kitchen member, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting cooks and chefs in food preparation and meal assembly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensuring all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing ingredients by chopping vegetables, measuring portions, and assembling supplies for cooking.
- Supporting the team in maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Following instructions from kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Participating in training sessions related to food safety and culinary skills.
Experience
While prior experience in the food industry is beneficial, it is not required. We welcome candidates who possess:
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- A willingness to learn about food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
