Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe and healthy environment.
- Handle custodial tasks like trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment for optimal operation.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts in larger facilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong skills in cleaning techniques, including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry services.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.
- Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment is preferred.
