Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Oversee facility maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements
- Manage and perform maintenance on electrical components (12v120v/220v), plumbing (copper/cast/PVC/PEX), HVAC systems (heating/cooling/mini splits), kitchen equipment (industrial/household), fixtures, fleet vehicles, and heavy equipment across all properties
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to ensure contract deliverables are met, prioritize projects, and assist with annual maintenance planning and budgeting
- Train team members on department policies and procedures to ensure a safe, effective work environment, and all paperwork, work orders, and logs are completed and maintained
- Perform carpentry, painting, and other maintenance needs
- Participate in fire prevention and safety programs
- Skill in dealing with guest and employee complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations to maintain customer and employee goodwill
- Ability to drive company vehicles and operate equipment throughout the property
More about you
- At least five years’ experience managing a team
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties
- Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- No degree required
Physical requirements
- Visual acuity is sufficient for reading, performing repairs, and painting
- Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions
- Occasionally exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals
- Noise level may be moderate-to-high
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
