Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire a remote team of agents, providing support and strategies to enhance their effectiveness in the field
- Develop and implement training programs to improve agents' product knowledge and sales techniques
- Establish clear performance objectives and metrics, monitoring progress and providing timely feedback
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team culture that emphasizes results and engagement
- Work closely with senior management to align team goals with organizational objectives and initiatives
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements to maintain high morale and commitment
- Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally within sales or insurance
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse group of individuals
- Proven ability to drive team performance through effective coaching and strategy development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess team dynamics and performance metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and team success
- Current Life Insurance License is required (candidates may be considered without a license, but it must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
