What You'll Do
- Run daily reports to identify new work tickets, issue tickets, and scheduling needs across all facilities
- Assist with sourcing and purchasing materials to support weekly enhancement schedules
- Generate purchase orders and process invoices to complete job packets
- Track open orders, confirm delivery timelines, and ensure timely invoice processing
- Communicate regularly with purchasing team members, vendors, sales teams, and production staff regarding progress and potential issues
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple daily tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Maintain and update vendor pricing annually or as changes occur
- Support purchasing and organization of the Annual Color program
- Complete assignments accurately and within established timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus, but not required)
- Familiarity with purchasing systems such as Aspire is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of accountability
