Currently, we are seeking a Sterilization Tech to assist at our office in Billings, MT!
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dental instruments and equipment, including trays, drills and x-ray machines
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment before and after procedures
- Prepare dental operation rooms for patient treatment
- Store, manage, and inventory dental supplies and instruments
- Monitor sterilization equipment to ensure it is functioning properly
- Follow infection control and safety procedures in line with federal, state, and local regulations
- Dispose of contaminated or sharp waste according to regulatory guidelines
- Assist dental staff in patient care if needed
- Maintain and update patient records regarding sterilization procedures
- Other tasks directed by leadership
Compensation
- $18 - $22/hr
Qualifications
- Dental experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
