What are the responsibilities and job description for the Erosion Control Laborer position at Yellowstone Club?
The employer is hiring for 2 Erosion Control Laborer positions. This position will play a key role in the installation of erosion control products throughout a multi-state area. The construction season is March-December and hours vary week to week depending on the work load. This position is a great opportunity for those who are willing to work in a team like setting and are willing to travel throughout the US for days/weeks at a time. This position also offers the opportunity for growth within the company. The starting wage is $19.00/hr with benefits. Projects with federally set wage rates of $22.50/hr - $42.00/hr. The season includes March-December.

Requirements: Must be able to work in a crew setting, Ability to work out of state, Must possess a valid Driver's license, willingness to take direction and complete task, Class A CDL a plus.
Position Duties: Assist in the installation of Erosion Control products, Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry materials that are up to 100lbs, Ability to navigate steep/rough terrain. Ability to work outdoors in various condition including heat humidity, rain, dust and cold, Ability to observe and comply with all company and specific site safety and project policies, ability to achieve acceptable workmanship standards set by the project foreman. Pre-employment background check will be required if work is done on BNSF contracts, 11 panel drug screening will be required for work eligibility on certain project contracts, working safely in a responsible manner, with eager participation and initiative, wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times, maintain standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsite and shop/yard area.
