Yellowfin Roofing is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Roofing Sales Representative who has a proven track record selling both commercial and residential roofing projects.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who understands roofing systems, can inspect roofs, build relationships, close deals, and manage projects from lead to signed contract to project finalization.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new residential and commercial roofing opportunities
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and general contractors
- Perform roof inspections and identify roofing issues
- Prepare professional estimates and proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with production to ensure smooth project handoff
- Attend networking events and build referral relationships
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of roofing sales experience (Commercial and Residential preferred)
- Strong understanding of roofing systems including: Asphalt Shingles, TPO, EPDM, & Metal Roofing.
- Strong understanding of Roof Repairs, Siding, Windows and Doors.
- Proven closing ability
- Experience estimating commercial roofing projects is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of property managers, builders, or commercial clients
- Experience reading blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of insurance restoration claims
- Haag Certification (preferred but not required)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
Compensation:
- Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
- Uncapped Commission
- Six-figure earning potential for top performers
