The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to help keep the business running smoothly day-to-day.
This is an execution-focused role—you will be responsible for ensuring transactions, systems, and operational processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with a small team of local and virtual support staff, helping orchestrate the flow of deals and operations across the business.
Your primary objective:
Keep the trains running on time—consistently and without error.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage transactions within Brokermint
- Prepare and manage commission statements accurately
- Ensure deal and commission data is entered correctly for accounting
- Accept and track checks and deposits
- Coordinate and order property signage
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events
- Maintain organization across systems including Follow Up Boss, Trello, and internal workflows
- Work with support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time

Additional Notes
You will be guided during your onboarding by experienced team members, but this role requires someone who can quickly take ownership and operate independently.
This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to grow as the company continues to expand.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
