YellowBird is hiring a Site Safety Advisor for a stadium activation project at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA. This is a contract assignment starting March 30, 2026. This role is ideal for a safety professional who is highly visible in the field, proactive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a large workforce of contractors, vendors, and event staff during a large-scale activation.
Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 6 days/week
- Subject to change – hours may fluctuate by week
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings, including toolbox talks
- Perform routine safety inspections and audits
- Lead incident reporting, investigations, and documentation
- Maintain high field presence to monitor site safety conditions during build-out and activation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Oversee safety for all subcontractor employees, vendors, and event staff on site
- Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and venue safety personnel to promote a strong safety culture
- Respond to and investigate any on-site incidents or near-misses
Qualifications
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification required
- 3–5 years of hands-on safety management experience required
- CHST or equivalent certification preferred
- Construction safety background preferred
- Experience with large-scale events, venues, or stadium environments preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage site safety operations
