We pay most of the commission upfront before install. 50% of commissions paid upfront.

What You’ll Do:
- Talk with homeowners about solar and roofing from Yellow Ball Roofing and Solar.
- Generate leads through our neighborhood program and other proven channels.
- Present solar and roofing proposals that show the savings.
- Close deals with backup from our install and support team.
- Build relationships that turn into referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Driven people who want to win in sales (no solar experience required — we train you).
- Strong communication with Montana homeowners.
- Self-motivated, hungry to beat the number.
- Comfortable working independently and on a scoreboard.
- Sales experience is a plus, not required. Passion and grit matter more.
