Job Name : RN Medical /Surgical- Contract
Location: 455 Tollgate Road, Warwick, RI, 02886
Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts, three days per week (07:00 pm –7:30 am)
Pay Rate: $68.79 / hr.
Duration: 3 months
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Experience & License & Certificate
- 5 Years Experience in RN Medical-Surgical, Less than 5 years experience is not acceptable.
- RN Nursing License
- BLS
Pay: $68.79 per hour
