Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development.
- Engage in play-based learning experiences that foster creativity, social skills, and emotional growth.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for children in care.
- Support the developmental needs of each child through individualized attention and encouragement.
Experience
Candidates should have experience in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool environments. Preferred qualifications include:
- Knowledge of infant care practices and early childhood education principles.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Experience with behavior management techniques to effectively address various child behaviors.
- Familiarity with childhood development milestones to support educational activities.
- Previous experience as a nanny or in similar roles is a plus.
