What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Age Care Teacher position at Yellow Medicine East Schools?
Yellow Medicine East is seeking School Age Care Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. The teachers will provide instruction and support to students ages three through 4th grade in an after-school care setting. We especially welcome candidates who have experience and/or training in child-care or education settings. This part-time position could complement other roles within the district and provide flexibility and additional income. Hours could vary week to week but mostly are after school hours (3:00-5:30) and on teacher in-service days when students are not in class.
The position offers a competitive wage of $21 per hour, along with PERA (Public Employees Retirement Association) and leave benefits.
