What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher -2026-27 School Year position at Yellow Medicine East Schools?
Yellow Medicine East is seeking a preschool teacher to serve 3-5 year olds at Bert Raney Elementary School in Granite Falls for the 2026-2027 school year. Preferred qualifications (but not required) include a Minnesota teaching license, an associate’s degree in child development or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. Extra-curricular activities and coaching positions are also available.
The position offers a competitive salary and insurance including health, dental, life, and long-term disability. Benefits also include TRA retirement and paid leave time. Hourly range for a 184 day contract at 7.5 hours per day is $34.53 - $38.87 – depending upon qualifications and experience.
