Job Summary
We are an established window tinting company specializing in automotive, residential, commercial, and marine tinting solutions. Our mission is to deliver top-quality craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and industry-leading materials to clients who expect the best. We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter/Installer to join our team! We are willing to train the right person.
Our day typically begins around 9:00am and ends around 6:00pm (on most days). Overtime pay is part of the compensation package.
Responsibilities
- Apply window tint film to various types of vehicles, residential/commercial buildings, and boats with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing glass before installation.
- Utilize tools effectively for tint application and removal.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Prior/proven experience in window tinting or a related field is preferred, however, willing to train the right person.
- Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and reliable.
- Ability to work in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, mobile, in-shop, etc.).
- A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation is required for this position.
There may be future opportunities for growth to include application of ceramic coatings, PPF, or vinyl wraps.
