Experienced Floral Designer

Yellow House Floral is a design-focused floral studio in Ketchum, Idaho seeking an experienced floral designer to join our team.
We are not a production shop — every arrangement we create is custom designed. Our work emphasizes creativity, thoughtful design, and creating pieces that feel personal and unique. This role is ideal for a designer who wants the opportunity to create, not simply replicate.

Responsibilities
- Daily floral design for retail orders and events
- Processing and care of fresh flowers and inventory
- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone
- Maintaining a clean and organized design space
- Supporting deliveries, shop operations, and seasonal production as needed
- Thriving during holidays and peak floral periods
Qualifications
- Previous professional floral design experience required
- Strong knowledge of flowers, mechanics, and design principles
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Availability during holidays and busy floral seasons required
