Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Barista to join our team in Manahawkin, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with prior barista experience who enjoys working with customers, crafting quality beverages, and contributing to a comfortable café environment.
Pay
- $16 per hour, plus tips
Schedule
- Full-time position
- In-person role
- Flexible scheduling, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Accurately operate point-of-sale system, including cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Open and close the store, following established procedures
- Restock milk, cups, lids, syrups, and other supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality
- Genuine interest and passion for coffee
- Able to commute within a 15-minute drive of Manahawkin, NJ
- Physical requirements may include lifting heavy objects and extended periods of standing
