Overview
We are seeking reliable and skilled van drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting students safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and school personnel.
Punctuality and good attendance is a must
Benefits:
- Paid Weekly
- $21.00 per hour.
- Paid Training
- 4-Hour Guarantee Per Day (2 hrs AM 2 hrs PM)

Duties
- Safely operate a van to transport students with special needs to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of travel times, routes, and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively regarding schedules and changes.
- Assist students with boarding and disembarking as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
Skills
- Experience with special needs is a plus.
- Familiarity with shuttle driving or school bus driving is a plus..
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time management skills to meet schedules consistently.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
