A guaranteed shift of (4) hours per school day

Duties
- Supervise students while they are on the bus, ensuring their safety and adherence to rules.
- Assist students in boarding and disembarking the bus safely.
- Communicate effectively with students to provide guidance and support.
- Manage conflicts among students in a calm and constructive manner.
- Educate students on appropriate behavior while on the bus.
- Provide assistance to students with special needs as required.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage conflicts and maintain order among students.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial.
- A compassionate attitude towards children and a commitment to their well-being.
- Previous experience in behavior management is an asset.
This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting students' needs while ensuring their safety during transportation.
