Job Summary:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional behavioral services to clients in both center-based and home settings. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans in both center-based and home settings
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and family members
- Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments as needed
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $125,000 ANNUALLY
