Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Placement
- Recruit, interview, and retain a strong pool of qualified associates
- Fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency and accuracy
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assignments with clients
- Maintain high associate satisfaction through regular check-ins and follow-up
- Make 50 MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) calls per week and daily inside sales calls
- Convert local employment verification calls into recruiting or sales opportunities
- Support sales efforts by setting appointments and promoting service offerings
- Conduct client visits, complete safety tours, and invite clients to marketing events
- Ensure all activities are documented accurately in the system
- Handle associate verifications, timecard resolutions, and billing inquiries
- Assist with collections and routine reporting as needed
- Operate in full compliance with Express and federal/state employment laws and regulations
- Work closely with teammates to fill orders and align recruiting with sales goals
- Support office-wide effectiveness with strong daily communication and teamwork
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal, phone, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and documentation tools
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices a plus
- Work primarily in a well-lit, climate-controlled office setting
- Occasional travel to client sites with potential for varied weather exposure
- Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional out-of-town travel may be required
- Provides administrative oversight for up to 150 Express associates
