Yellow Bee Market & Café is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our Front of House team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest while supporting both our café and Asian grocery market.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Prepare handcrafted boba drinks, specialty coffees, and other café beverages.
• Assemble banh mi sandwiches and other menu items while following food safety standards.
• Operate the front register and accurately process customer transactions.
• Restock and merchandise products throughout the grocery store to maintain an attractive shopping experience.
• Keep the café, dining area, and grocery floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers find products.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Food service, café, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
