Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Destin, FL. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage management. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial performance analysis, team member recruitment and training, implementing marketing and sales strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive environment for guests and employees. The General Manager will also collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve business goals and maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hotel Operations, including guest services, housekeeping, Food and Beverage and maintenance
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial performance analysis
- Proficient in Human Resources & Recruiting to hire, train, and develop team members
- Ability to implement effective Sales & Marketing strategies
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and maintaining brand standards
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with renowned hotel brands is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
