Years NA Beer is a non-alcoholic beer company brewed in partnership with Pilot Project. We are growing our retail footprint and looking for an experienced leader who will build business across national and regional off-premise channels.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Director of National Sales, Off-Premise. This person will be responsible for growing off-premise sales across key retail channels, building relationships with buyers, distributors, and brokers, and helping expand distribution nationally.
The role includes account management, line reviews, pricing and promotional planning, sales reporting, and day-to-day work across retail partners and internal teams. Seeking a leader with a high level of beverage sales experience who can help build a growing business.
Qualifications
• 7 years of sales experience in beer, beverage, CPG, or a related
category• Strong off-premise sales experience
• Experience managing regional or national retail accounts
• Experience working with distributors and brokers
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotion, and retail execution
• Able to use sales data and reporting to make decisions
• Strong communication skills and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
