What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales & Marketing Coordinator position at Yearly Co.?
The Position
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is the face of Yearly Co. on the retail floor. This person leads with warmth, confidence, and an innate ability to connect with customers — turning walk-ins into loyal clients and loyal clients into lifelong fans. While this role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, sales comes first: you are the primary point of contact for in-store customers, and your energy sets the tone for every interaction.
Beyond the floor, you'll be plugged into the local Nashville community — building partnerships, owning local events, and representing the Yearly Co. brand with authenticity. Travel is also a real part of this role, with trunk shows happening anywhere from 6–12 times per year.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Nashville, TN, reporting directly to the Store Manager, with occasional touchpoints with the Director of Brand on relevant marketing initiatives.
