CDL Truck Driver

Year Round Pool- Home of the Pool Troopers is looking for a hardworking, dependable, extremely motivated CDL truck driver to transport concrete and other materials. Must be unrestricted Class A CDL and be capable to drive a manual standard shift truck.

As a concrete truck driver, you will be responsible for loading materials onto the truck at our office's Hardeeville location and delivering it to different locations in the Hilton Head, Bluffton, Daufuskie, Beaufort and Savannah areas.

This is a year-round position, no interruption during winter. Typically Monday through Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities include operating the company vehicle with proper safety precautions, inspecting the load to make sure all is secure, and inspecting the vehicle to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in working order. You will be required to attach chutes and complete pre and post-trip inspections on truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.

Requirements:

• Clean CDL A
• 1 year experience preferred
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to drive a manual standard shift truck
