- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client goals, including space planning, color schemes, lighting, and material selections.
- Create detailed drawings and presentations using 2020.
- Collaborate closely with clients, installers, and vendors to coordinate project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including specifications for electrical, plumbing, remodeling, renovation, and construction projects.
- Manage project workflows by overseeing schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, perform quality control inspections, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Proficiency in 2020 and Adobe for drafting and visualization.
- Proficiency in Sheets, Docs, Slides.
- Ability to use and work in CRM software.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles including color theory, lighting design, space planning, and remodeling techniques.
- Experience in project management—coordinating multiple phases from initial concept through installation while maintaining budgets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of contracts management and construction processes to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Skilled in drafting detailed plans for renovation projects and remodeling initiatives that meet safety standards.
