Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Therapist located in Albuquerque, NM . The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family counseling services to youth and families. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support client needs. The Therapist will also provide crisis intervention and participate in community outreach and educational activities to promote the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
- Experience in individual, family, and group therapy, along with skills in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management
- Strong documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, families, and teams
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices is highly regarded
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of New Mexico (e.g., LPCC, LMSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience working with youth and families, especially in underserved or at-risk communities, is a plus

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a strong advantage
