About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Forward-Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world deployment. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll work directly with end users, understand their workflows, and translate complex problems into scalable product solutions.
You’ll play a key role in deploying and improving a platform that leverages AI/ML to process, search, and analyze large volumes of data, helping organizations operate more efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with users to understand workflows and identify bottlenecks
- Deploy and configure the platform for new customers
- Build and ship full-stack features using Python, React, and TypeScript
- Develop integrations, prototypes, and quick solutions to unblock users
- Translate real-world challenges into product improvements and roadmap ideas
- Own customer pilots end-to-end (deployment, training, feedback, iteration)
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineering teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
- 3 years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong skills in Python modern frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript)
- Experience working with AI/ML APIs (LLMs, embeddings, etc.)
- Ability to build across the stack (frontend → backend → deployment)
Customer-Facing Experience
- Experience in roles like Solutions Engineer, FDE, or early-stage engineer
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions
Mindset
- High ownership and execution-driven
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
- Excited about working directly with users in the field

- Experience with RAG, vector search, or LLM-based systems
- Background in regulated environments (gov, healthcare, fintech, etc.)
- Exposure to complex workflows or data-heavy systems
