Marketing Coordinator

About YBI
YBI is a nonprofit economic development organization in Youngstown, Ohio. We support entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses across technology, advanced manufacturing, and small business development.
The Role
Marketing Coordinator to support our programs and brand.
This role is design-forward. You will also support general marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, social media, email, events, and campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Graphic Design
- Design graphics for social media, email, website, and print
- Build and maintain branded templates across YBI programs
- Create event materials, signage, and sponsor assets
- Keep our visual brand consistent across all channels
Marketing Support
- Schedule and post social media content across YBI channels
- Support email campaigns and newsletters
- Help maintain website content
- Coordinate assets across internal teams and programs
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- A portfolio showing real des
- ign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and move quickly
Preferred
Some experience with photography or video, even from coursework or personal projects
Familiarity with short-form video and social content formats
Basic knowledge of social media and email marketing
