Location: Bizerte, [[filter2]], USA

• Develop, implement, and optimize production processes.
• Ensure production targets (QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery) are achieved.
• Monitor line performance (OEE, scrap rate, downtime) and propose improvement actions.
• Support daily production activities and troubleshoot process issues.
• Implement and maintain process control plans, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D.
• Collaborate with Quality Department to resolve customer complaints and internal defects.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED).
• Analyze workflows and improve productivity through ergonomic and layout optimization.
• Contribute to cost-saving projects and waste reduction programs.
