🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency treatment to injured employees
- Manage minor illnesses
- Maintain the company’s first-aid room / medical center
- Conduct routine health check-ups and medical screenings
- Monitor chronic conditions (blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory issues)
- Maintain accurate employee health records
- Report and document workplace accidents and incidents
- Assist the Labour Doctor with pre-employment medical checks (vitals, medical history, basic tests such as vision, BP, BMI, audiometry if required)
- Ensure all medical files are handled confidentially and in compliance with regulations
- Diploma in Nursing
- Good level of French
