Qualifications
- Level of studies: Bac 5 in Industrial Engineering, Quality or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English & French
- Competencies:
- Planning & Organization.
- Communication & Information.

- Claims management:
- Analyze customer claims/alerts.
- Ensure the monitoring and control of the effectiveness of actions in order to permanently eradicate the problem.
