Coordinates the activity of the teams and directed the Process P2 activity
coordinate the communication betwen plant and GME, PTC, PLANTS….
ensure YAZAKI standard implementation and costumer STD implementation
put a solution to solve the internal and external claims related to the process
1/ Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.
2/ Ensuring compliance with the rules and procedure and legislation of labor laws
Ensure the correct parameters on the crimping machines to provide the process securisation
